EXO Visual Media is Florian Maurer, Lisa Laner and Stefan Pineider. Florian and Lisa are from the Ahrntal, Stefan from Innichen. Whoever takes your briefing takes on your project.
Why I started this, and why we stayed small.
I started EXO in 2015 in the Ahrntal. Since then Lisa, Stefan and I have made films for hotels, museums, festivals and musicians across South Tyrol, and more and more outside it.
We stayed small on purpose. You talk to the people who make the film, in German, Italian or English.

Three people, one standard.
Concept, shoot and edit all happen here. Nothing gets passed to an agency or to a freelancer we have never met.
Florian directs and shoots, and he has been behind the camera since 2015. The part he likes most comes before any camera is switched on: turning a brief into a concept. He goes looking for the unusual idea, the one nobody asked for yet, and then works out how to make it work on screen.
When the shoot is over, Lisa's part begins. In the edit she turns hours of footage into a story you can feel. What she loves most is building the narrative: finding the thread that holds a film together and the rhythm that carries it.
Stefan is the one behind the lens, shooting stills and motion with a love for the work that's impossible to fake. Whether it's an alpine sunrise, a wedding's quietest moment, or a complex multi-camera setup, Stefan shows up obsessed with getting it right.
