How much does a typical project cost?
Every project is tailored to the client. Scope, crew, locations, and post-production all shape the budget, so we don't quote off the shelf. Send us a brief and we'll come back with a proposal — usually within 24 hours.
How long does a project take?
From kickoff to delivery, most projects run 4–8 weeks. Event recaps and weddings can be faster (days to a couple of weeks). Larger campaigns with multiple shoot days and complex post can run longer. We always agree a clear timeline upfront.
Do you travel outside of South Tyrol?
Yes. We travel across Italy, Austria, Germany, and all of Europe regularly — and worldwide if the project calls for it. Travel and accommodation are budgeted transparently in the project quote. No hidden fees, no surprises.
What languages do you work in?
German, Italian, and English. All three are native working languages at EXO, which makes South Tyrol (and international) projects seamless from brief to delivery.
Who owns the final footage?
You do. Upon final payment, usage rights to the delivered film transfer to you for the agreed channels and formats. Raw footage and extended licensing can be arranged — just ask during the quote stage.
Do you handle scripting and concept development?
Yes — always. Every project starts with a concept phase where we align on goals, audience, tone, and narrative. You can bring a ready-made brief or arrive with just a vague idea. Either way, we'll turn it into something sharp.
Can you deliver for multiple platforms?
Yes. Final delivery can include a hero film plus platform-optimized versions: 9:16 vertical for Instagram Reels and TikTok, 1:1 for feeds, cutdowns for YouTube shorts, and broadcast-safe masters for TV. Specify your channels in the brief and we'll build them in.
