We film festivals, conferences, sports events and company events, in South Tyrol and abroad, among them the International Mountain Summit, the Mental Health Festival and the Südtiroler Erdäpfllauf. You get clips while the event is still running and the film afterwards.
What the film has to do
An event lasts a few days, the film stays. It shows visitors, sponsors and partners what it was like, and it sells the next edition.
During the event you need material for your channels, afterwards a film for the website, sponsors and the next ticket sale. We plan both as one shoot.

How an event shoot runs
- Before the eventWe go through programme, locations and sponsors with you and decide which moments must be in the film.
- During the eventWe film the programme, the people and the atmosphere, do interviews and deliver the first clips while the event is running.
- After the eventEdit, colour and sound happen in our own edit suite. You see a first cut, give one round of feedback and receive every version. It takes four to eight weeks, faster if the next ticket sale is coming up.

How many days the event lasts and on how many we film.
Whether one of us is enough or several cameras run at once, for example at a big stage.
How many clips, versions and photos you need.
Travel within South Tyrol is included. For events abroad it is written into the quote.

- Access to the stage, backstage and the main areas.
- A list of the sponsors and partners who should appear in the film.
- A contact who can be reached during the event.
- If there are interviews: who speaks, and when.
