What a hotel film is for

A guest comparing five hotels sees five versions of the same page: rooms, spa, breakfast, a view. Everything on that list is true at every house, which is why none of it decides anything.

What decides it is a feeling about the week ahead. A hotel film is the only asset on the site that can carry one. It has to do that quickly, often on a phone and with the sound off.

What you get

A main film of one to two minutes for the website header and the booking page. Vertical cutdowns for Instagram and TikTok, and several short versions for paid ads. All from one shoot.

Stills from the shoot day, if you want them, so the website and the print material finally show the same house in the same light.

How it runs

We agree the idea before anyone books a shoot day, because the idea decides the shot list. Then one or two days on site with a small crew, scheduled around your service so guests are not walking through a film set. A crew of one to three, depending on the shoot.

Drone and underwater are in house, so a pool, a spa and an aerial do not each bring a separate supplier.

Where we shoot

We are based in South Tyrol and shoot all over South Tyrol and the Dolomites. For hotels we travel anywhere: Italy, Austria, Germany, Switzerland and beyond. On set and in the edit we work in German, Italian and English.

What does a hotel film cost?

It depends on how many shoot days it takes and what you want out of them. A typical project is one day on site with a main film plus vertical cutdowns. You get a fixed written quote before anything is booked, with no hourly billing. Payment runs in thirds: on signing, on the shoot day, on delivery.

How long will you be at the hotel?

One shoot day covers a main film and all the short versions. We plan it around your service, so your guests enjoy their stay and barely notice we are there. We add a second day if you want to show summer and winter, or if a second location comes in.

What happens if the weather is bad?

If it is genuinely bad, the outdoor part gets moved once at no cost. That is written into every offer.

What do we get at the end?

A main film of one to two minutes, several short versions for the website and paid ads, and vertical clips for social media. Editing, colour grading and sound mix are included.

Which languages do you work in?

German, Italian and English, on set and in the edit.

Do you travel?

Yes. We are based in South Tyrol and shoot all over South Tyrol and the Dolomites, and just as much in Italy, Austria, Germany, Switzerland or wherever your hotel is.
